Marches & Gnats (MnG) is a game accessible via modern web browsers. The website supports the latest major versions of:

• Google Chrome
• Firefox
• Safari
• Opera
• Microsoft Edge

Functionality is not guaranteed on unsupported or outdated browsers.

User Rights

You may close your account at any time by contacting hi@mng.quest.

You may request deletion of your account at any time. You may also request an export of your data.

If the service is discontinued, you will be given an opportunity to export your data.

You have the right to receive an explanation if your account is suspended or canceled.

Service Commitments

Your personal data will not be intentionally shared with third parties, except as required for legal compliance.

Data is backed up regularly to an off-site location.

In the event of a privacy breach, a full explanation of the circumstances and remediation measures will be provided as soon as possible.

Termination

I reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Abuse system resources
• Attempt to exploit or disrupt the service

The service is provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantees. I am not liable for data loss, interruptions, or other damages resulting from service usage or outages.
